Rebates can also be earned by participating in Step 1, Steps 1 and 2, or Steps 1 and 3.

Enrolment

Growers enrolled in previous BayerValue Programs are automatically enrolled in the 2010 program. Growers who haven’t participated in previous BayerValue Program(s) are required to sign up for the 2010 program through their local retailer or with a Bayer CropScience representative.

2010 BayerValue Corn, Cereal, Canola and Soybean Program Rules and Regulations

• The 2010 BayerValue Program is open to corn, cereal, canola and soybean growers in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island who purchase a combined minimum of 40 acres of Stratego, Folicur and/or Proline fungicide(s). When the qualifying amount of Bayer CropScience fungicide(s) are purchased, rebates increase with the purchase of matching amounts of Bayer CropScience herbicide(s) as outlined in the following schedule:
  1. Qualified growers will receive:
     • $0.25/acre Stratego* 250 EC fungicide
     • 0.50/acre Folicur* 432 F foliar fungicide
     • $1.00/acre Proline* 480SC foliar fungicide
  2. Growers purchasing a minimum of 40 acres of Buctril M,and/or Infinity herbicide(s) will be eligible for an additional:
     • $0.25/acre for matching acres of Stratego* 250 EC
     • $0.50/acre for matching acres of Folicur* 432 F
     • $1.50/acre for matching acres of Proline* 480SC
  3. Growers purchasing a minimum of 40 acres of Liberty,Converge Pro, Converge XT, Converge Flexx, Option Liquid2.25OD and/or Option 1.2.3. herbicide(s) will be eligible for an additional:
     • $0.25/acre for matching acres of Stratego* 250 EC
     • $0.50/acre for matching acres of Folicur* 432 F
     • $1.50/acre for matching acres of Proline* 480SC.
• All purchases must be made between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010 to qualify for the 2010 BayerValue Program.
• Growers enrolled in previous years’ BayerValue Program(s) are automatically enrolled in the 2010 program.
• Growers who haven’t been enrolled in previous BayerValue Program(s) are required to sign up for the 2010 program through their local retailer or with a Bayer CropScience representative.
• All data for reconciliation purposes will be based on validated, transactional data from AgCollect. Qualifying growers will receive their rebate in a payment directly from Bayer CropScience (unless otherwise specified) after purchase data from all retail outlets have been verified and payments processed.
