Carpetweed

Carpetweed occurs in moist sandy or coarse soils in gardens, row crops, waste places and along railways and roadsides. It typically flowers from June to August. The flowers usually have three stamens and are followed by small, ovoid seedpods which split lengthwise and have very tiny seeds.
