Wild mustard

Wild Mustard is an annual weed. Its leaves are alternate, hairy and coarsely toothed. It grows quickly under cool moist conditions.

It is highly competitive. Yield losses in wheat of 35 percent can occur with 10 plants per 0.1 square meter or 1 square foot. Group 2 resistance has been confirmed in Western Canada.
