Q: I’ve never used a bulk shuttle/tote before. How do I get set up to handle BigBoys?

A: BigBoys totes are bottom-fed, so you could simply attach a 1” female adapter to unload the product. New BigBoys totes are self-draining. The more common way of unloading BigBoys totes is by using a battery-operated pump. You still use the 1” female adapter and hose, but the pump pulls out the product and sends it to your sprayer or mixing cone. Most pumps have built-in digital volume measurement gauges. Learn more.

Q: I’ve finished using the BigBoys shuttle and/or tote. Now what? Do I have to clean it and return it?

A: The new BigBoys shuttle is overfilled by 500ml to ensure you get full value, so there is no need to break the seal or to rinse. A BigBoy tote is self-draining so there is no need to rinse the empty BigBoys tote before you return it to the retailer who sold it to you. Bayer CropScience will pick up the empty tote from your retailer.
