For the 2010 growing season, Bayer CropScience will be lowering the suggested retail price of Liberty® herbicide and introducing a LibertyLink® trait fee for InVigor® canola seed and new LibertyLink soybean seed.

Liberty herbicide - More affordable, more flexible, more value

The new suggested retail price of Liberty herbicide will be significantly lower to help growers get the most from Liberty and the LibertyLink system:
• Powerful, flexible and affordable weed control at the higher 1.0 L/ac Liberty rate and/or two-pass treatment options.
• Simple and unique herbicide resistance management tool that fits into existing crop rotation plans. Liberty is the only group 10 herbicide on the market.

What is the Liberty and Trait Agreement (LTA)

The LTA is a one–time contract that formalizes the LibertyLink system's terms and conditions between Bayer CropScience and LibertyLink system customers. Growers will need to complete an LTA prior to purchasing Liberty herbicide, InVigor canola seed or LibertyLink soybean seed.
