Trilex AL

Application & Benefits

Stand and Establishment

In Bayer CropScience trials conducted in Western Canada from 2002 to 2006, Trilex AL outperformed the major pulse seed treatment competitors and performed way ahead of untreated checks for control of rhizoctonia or fusarium in pulses, and botrytis in lentils.

Specifically, in the lentil trials, plant stand was 136.7% greater than check and yielded 122% better. In field peas the stand topped the check by 133% and outyielded the check by 129%, while in chickpeas, plant stand was an impressive 406% of the check and yielded 301% of the check. In all these crops, Trilex AL outperformed competitors.

In dry beans, which are very susceptible to disease, the plants treated with Trilex AL produced plant stands 1432% greater and yields 126% greater than the checks – equal with competitors.

Inoculant Compatibility

The use of inoculants for all pulse and soybean crops is a standard accepted practice to maximize plant performance and crop yield. Trilex AL, which has been extensively tested by inoculant companies, has proven to have one of the highest compatibilities between fungicidal seed treatments and rhizobium-based inoculants.
